Placita Ranch Company is a Christian, family owned and operated company that has been in the hunting and ranch business in Alabama, Texas and New Mexico since 1898. Charles C. "Big-Daddy" Hand Sr., passed his love and respect for God, hunting, shooting and the outdoors to his son, who then passed it along to his son, who eventually passed it along to me, Charles C. "C-4" Hand IV.
It is my desire to carry on the traditions of my family as Christians, conservationists, hunters and outdoorsmen and pass it along to my children and grandchildren the same way my "Big Daddy" did.

Our staff consists of lifelong hunters and outdoorsmen, who have successfully hunted a variety of places ranging from the depths of the Gulf of Mexico to the heights of Montana's Bitterroot Mountains. Their experience and knowledge of the game you are pursuing combined with their familiarity of the property being hunted will provide you with the best opportunity for a safe, successful and humane harvest.
